Sarah RoutliffeExecutive Director
Sarah has been with us for a few years now, bringing a fresh perspective and a laugh that you can pretty much hear anywhere in the community centre. Over her career, Sarah has demonstrated a commitment to community development and recreation, working her way up through various roles to become an Executive Director.

Her passion lies in developing strong partnerships and relationships to foster a positive environment here at GNAG and within the Glebe Community. Sarah is not only dedicated to her work but also values the strong circle of family and friends she surrounds herself with daily. Additionally, if you need a recipe for any baked good, she probably has one to share.

Paul O'Donnell
Paul O'DonnellDirector of Recreation
Catching Paul at his desk is a bit of a challenge because he’s always happiest when he’s playing with the kids or thinking up a challenging game for his staff. Paul started working in recreation in 1995 and became one of GNAG’s well-loved management team in 2007. He’s a force to be reckoned with and his energy, enthusiasm and imagination are almost unmatched. Being a Dad has only made him more dedicated to making children happy.
Clare Davidson Rogers
Clare Davidson RogersOffice Manager
Clare started with GNAG as a volunteer, became a board member, then a preschool teacher and bit by bit worked her way into the management team which she now thinks of as her family. She loves her job and wears many hats, from communications, to events coordinator, office manager and Amilia guru. As a country girl, Clare really enjoys the opportunity to get to know her community, making the Glebe CC her little village.
Maya Ethier
Maya EthierFinancial Administrator
Maya Ethier has taken over the Financial Administrator position at GNAG, bringing many years of accounting experience to the Glebe Community Centre. With a background in Music, Choir, and Pottery instruction, Maya’s passion for community involvement is evident. Both her children have taken classes at GNAG, further fuelling her commitment to supporting others. Maya looks forward to supporting GNAG in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community where individuals can explore their interests and build connections.
Jason Irvine
Jason IrvineEarly Years Manager
Jason has lived in the Glebe since his high-school days and now dedicates his time to GNAG, giving back to the community that has given him so much. A dad who is still very much a kid himself, Jason shares his passion for music, games, and fun with children of all ages. You are most likely to find Jason singing with playgroup, planning elaborate role-playing games with the after-four program, or throwing on a crazy dinosaur costume and chasing pre-schoolers around the building!
Tanis Hodder
Tanis HodderOffice Administrator
If you’ve walked through GNAG’s doors, you’ve probably met Tanis! Usually found in the office, greeting you in the lobby, teaching in the kitchen, and/or surrounded by a commotion of kids, Tanis is dedicated to community work and strives to know each one of GNAG’s many clients. A manager on the administrative team, she’s also run cooking, science, and art programs at GNAG, and loves welcoming others to join our community. Yes, she’d love to hold your baby! Here’s a picture of her baby!
Erica Nowlan
Erica NowlanYouth Program Manager
Erica is a long time GNAG’er who started out as a child in Q4 working her way through leadership, volunteering, coordinator and now into the management team! Outside of her time at GNAG Erica has taken on many adventures from living in New Brunswick for university degree and travelling to over 40 countries in her backpacking adventures. Erica has a passion for community and youth development and is extremely enthusiastic about growing our youth programs into the leaders of tomorrow!
SD Neve
SD NeveAdult Program Coordinator
SD first joined GNAG in 2012 as a volunteer with Horse and Pony Camp. He immediately fell in love with recreation leading to a diploma in Rec and Leisure. Always scheming with his coworkers to come up with memorable and unique experiences from letting the Q4 kids shave his head to painting his whole body blue (yes – he was wearing a bathing suit)! Constantly curious and looking to learn and try new things, he’s excited to focus on the adult side of recreation and find new ways to make memorable moments in the community!
Marion Simmons
Marion SimmonsOffice Administrator
Marion is still somewhat new to Ottawa but is bringing her love for getting involved in the community. She loves learning and sharing her passions with others. Her community spirit, along with her experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and managing a not for profit cafe, has made her a seamless addition to our team.
You’ll likely find her at the front desk—just be warned: don’t start chatting about books, dogs, or travel if you want to make it to class on time!
Lauren Kirk
Lauren KirkChild Program Manager
Lauren loves working at GNAG but is taking maternity leave and will return in April 2028.
Lauren started with GNAG as a summer camp counsellor, then joined the Q4 team, stage managed a couple of our musicals and moved her way up to Child Program Manager. When she’s not spending time with her family, Lauren enjoys trying out new recipes, being out in the sun and playing with her puppy!
