How do I rent a room in the facility?
Please email CcGlebeCC@ottawa.ca and go visit City of Ottawa webpage to see images and rates.
Let them know your intended dates, number of people and type of event.
GNAG does NOT rent the rooms as this is a CITY building, so we cannot help you with this request.
Birthday Parties with GNAG
- Accommodates a group of 10 guests* (maximum of 20 children)
- Each additional child, over the included 10, will incur a $15 fee.
- We promise to deliver kid-focused fun and excitement!
- Includes 1.5 hours of engaging activities, crafts, and games for a dynamic and entertaining celebration.
Your responsibilities: Parents of the birthday child are required to stay. To maintain a spacious and kid-focused atmosphere, we encourage limiting the attendance of other parents. During the last 30 minutes, take a break for cake, presents, or pizza led by YOU! You provide a personal touch with decorations and loot bags of your choice. This is the perfect time to invite other parents to attend and even better, they’ll be on hand at the end of the party.

We are happy to schedule your party, however you need to book early as space is limited.
