How to Register for Programs & Activities

Online at GNAG.ca/register or select Register from the menu. This allows you to browse and register for our programs.

Detailed instructions have been provided below.

Instructions for Online Registration

Enrol in Programs by Client

  1. Visit GNAG.ca/register or select Register from the menu
  2. The registration page auto-loads Amilia, our registration tool.
  3. Choose a program group, then browse by category.
  4. Select an activity and log in or create an adult profile.

    Note: You may already have an Amilia account.

  5. GNAGFit memberships are found under the Multipass tab.
  6. Register for a session or drop-in, if available.
  7. Follow the remaining prompts to complete registration.
  8. If purchasing a Multipass, you can reserve a specific drop-in at the end by selecting Reserve Your Spot.
  9. Child profiles can be added as you register them for activities.
  10. Be sure to verify your account using the confirmation email sent after profile creation.

PROGRAMS & WORKSHOPS:
Refunds, Credits and Transfers

Notice required:
At least 1 week before the program, class, or workshop start date.

  1. Within the notice period:
    Refund minus a 7% admin fee, or a full credit to your GNAG account.
  2. After the notice period:
    Refunds and account credits are not available.
  3. Need to switch programs?
    Contact us first — we may be able to help you avoid refund fees. Transfers also require 1 week’s notice.

Pro-rated refunds may be considered for medical reasons with a valid medical certificate.

  • Emilie’s classes, indoor playground memberships, school walkovers, pottery studio memberships, fitness memberships, and tickets are non-refundable.
  • Event tickets are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not available after the program midpoint.
  • To request a refund, please email with detailed information.

CAMPS & PA DAYS:
Refunds and Transfers

Notification required:
At least 2 week’s notice before the start date and time for each camp, 1 month notice for sleep-over camps.

  1. Within notification period:
    Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee.
  2. Less than notification period:
    Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued.
  3. Change your mind? Got a waitlist spot?
    Notify us first! We can help. A transfer requires the same period of notification, meaning two weeks before the start date and time of your camp.

LATE NOTIFICATION:

If you want to transfer or withdraw after the 2 week deadline, there is a waitlist, and we are able to fill your spot, we are happy to give you a refund less 20% to your credit card.

Tickets for Events

Tickets for our events are non-refundable.

While we strive to deliver all programs as planned, schedules and program offerings may be subject to change or cancellation.

Medications, Conditions, Special Needs & Behavioural Concerns

Please submit any documents relevant to your child, and bring them to your first day of a camp or program. We also have hard copies of these forms on site.
