Join us online for a FREE Mother’s Day Yoga session with Ruth Hartanto. We’ll start your Mother’s Day off right and set you up for a wonderful rest of the day.

If the weather is nice, try this outside with the spring breeze and the bird song to help your practice. We recommend someone make you a special breakfast after.

You’ll enter the online waiting room and we’ll admit you to the Yoga class. All ages are welcome but it will be geared to adults.
