Red Bird presents the First Annual Neighbourhood
Battle of the Bands
raising funds for OSCA (Old Ottawa South), GNAG (the Glebe) and CAG (Old Ottawa East).
Six acts from each neighbourhood will perform 3 songs on their night with the hopes of being selected as one of two (as selected by a prestigious jury) to move on to the finals.
Feb 9: Old Ottawa South
Feb 10: Old Ottawa East
Feb 11: The Glebe
Feb 18: The Finals!
For more details and to register a Glebe band, contact Paul@gnag.ca. At least one member of the band needs to live in the neighbourhood for which they will compete. This event is for adults.
Tickets to the events will be available at redbird live.ca.
All ticket revenue raised will be donated to neighbourhood community recreation programs, with the winning neighbourhood taking home the lion’s share.
