Fall Program Registration

The Fall Activity Guide is available online through our searchable guide or as a PDF.

We’ve got something for everyone and we’re looking forward to seeing you at the Glebe CC.

How to Register

You may register online, in person or by phone.

Online Registration

1. Select the Register button or visit gnag.ca/register — this loads Amilia, the web app you’ll use to register for our programs and activities.

2. Choose a Program grouping (ie: Fall) then search or select a Category.

3. Grade refers to the grade your child is currently in for the 2025 – 2026 academic year.

4. Choose an activity. Next you will be asked to Log-in, or Create a new Adult user profile.

5. Choose a Participant from your list or Add another person if you need to add an additional child.

6. Do not add non-family members to your profile — that registrant will be in your family profile permanently.

7. Validate your profile — respond to the verification e-mail.

Important Note on Amilia Account Login

• You may already have an Amilia account if you’ve recently signed up with us, or taken lessons at the St. James Tennis Club, Ottawa Gymnastics or Ottawa Circus School. Please do not make a secondary account if you are unsure. Just give us a call and check.
• For one family, it is highly advisable to use one parent and their email and the log-in rather than having two head adult profiles with duplicate children.

In-Person Registration

Walk into the Glebe CC and register for your activity at the front desk. We accept cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard and personal cheques with in-person registration. This is not faster than online.

Telephone Registration

GNAG accepts telephone registration Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Call 613-233-8713 to register. We accept Visa and MasterCard over the phone.

Waiting List

If a class in which you are interested is full, you have the option of making another selection, or being put on a waiting list on the course registration page. Participants will be contacted only if a space becomes available.

Refunds, Credits and Transfers

Programs / Workshops

Notification required by email to info@gnag.ca.
At least 1 week’s notice in advance of the program / class / workshop start date and time.

1. Within notification period: Refund with 7% admin fee or credit on GNAG account with no fee.
2. Less than notification period: Refunds or credits on GNAG account will not be issued.
3. Change your mind? Notify us first! We can help and you can avoid the refund fees. A transfer requires the same period of notification.

If you register with less than the notification time available, please consider your registration final, with no withdrawal possible. Refunds will not be offered for illness experienced during a program session.

Dance with Emilie’s classes and workshops are non-refundable.
