If you would like to be active within the Glebe Neighbourhood Activities Group, there are several different avenues you can pursue, give us a call and we can help you find a role that suits you.

Are you creative, enthusiastic and do you love working with kids? Do children find you approachable, energetic, authentic and supportive? Then we want to meet you. We are looking for individuals with experience in childcare, strong interpersonal skills and a background in programming to work in Breakfast club, Quest-4-Fun, PA Days, Break Programs and Child/Youth courses.

Staff are required to work a minimum of two shifts per week in our afterschool program.

If you are interested please submit a resume and cover letter including your availability to Ali O’Connor, Child and Family Department Manager, ali@gnag.ca

Applicants are encouraged to submit as soon as possible, deadline is August 26, 2022

Hoping to volunteer with GNAG this fall? You have come to the right place! We are looking to hire dynamic individuals with an interest in recreation and childcare to volunteer in our after-school Quest-4-Fun (Q4) and other child/youth classes.

Volunteers in our afterschool program are required to volunteer for a minimum of two shifts per week.

If you are interested please submit a resume and cover letter including your after-school availability to Katie Toogood, Youth Senior Program Coordinator, at katie@gnag.ca.

Applicants are encouraged to submit as soon as possible, but will continue to be accepted until all positions have been filled.

Pro-tip: In all cases we expect applicants to enquire about positions themselves and submit their docs themselves via email (in other words, do not let your parents do it).

If you are an adult and would like to join GNAG as a volunteer member at large, committee member, special event chair, or board member, download the following document and bring it in to the GNAG office at the Glebe Community Centre.

All CSR positions are currently filled.

We are always looking for Tutors!  See job description.

This can be done in-person or virtually through Zoom.

Particular areas of interest are the Sciences, Maths and French. We love geography and English Literature too but we just don’t get a call for those tutors. 😉

Please email Katie Toogood at katie@gnag.ca with a cover letter, resume and schedule of availability.

We are always looking for new programs and enthusiastic instructors.
If you have an idea and would like to instruct a course, please email us with detailed information, availability and course description/content at info@gnag.ca or call 613-233-8713.
