PJ Day! Tobogganing at Lansdowne (helmet strongly recommended) in the morning and hot chocolate and a movie at the centre in the afternoon.

Museum of Science and Technology

Thursday, Jan 2, 8:45 am – 4:00 pm: Register here
Skating in the morning at Mutchmor (helmet strongly recommended) and Junkyard Symphony in the afternoon.

Tubing at La Domaine de l’Ange Gardien (helmet strongly recommended).

RECREATIONAL MARCH BREAK CAMPS

Kinder Combo JK – SK:  Put me in a Book  $265

Bring a book to life each day as we head on on a new adventure. Explore the world of Robert Munsch, have some rhyme time with Dr. Seuss and create like Eric Carle. Kinders will also go on an exciting out-trip on a yellow school bus.

Trekkers SK – Gr 2: We Bought a Zoo  $225

Lions, tigers, and bears OH MY! Joins us for a week filled with animal adventures. Rescue the animals in an all-around-the-centre game, discover new animals at the Museum of Nature and enjoy workshops presented by special guests.

Trippers Gr 3 – 4: Off the Screen  $225

Get ready for the ultimate television show camp that brings your screen to life! You’ll learn to catch-em-all one day, then defeat your competition in an Amazing Race the next. Test your skills at House of Targ and become the star of your own show in laser-tag!

Travellers Gr 5 – 7: Game Masters  $225

We’re bringing your favourite board games to life this week! Get resourceful in real world Settlers of Catan, outsmart your competition in life-sized Battleship and take over the centre in Blokus. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we’ll test our game skills at House of Targ and take down the competition in lazer-tag.

SPECIALTY MARCH BREAK CAMPS

Art Pottery Gr 1 – 3: $320

Do you want to explore your creativity with different kinds of art? In Art/Pottery camp, you get the opportunity to paint, draw AND sculpt! Artists will spend time making pottery by hand and by wheel, and creating fabulous works of art in time for the showcase at 3:45 on Friday. Join GNAG’s experienced pottery instructors for the best mixed-media art camp in the city!

Food Exploration Gr 3 – 5: $320

Calling all young chefs! This camp will delight your taste buds and broaden your culinary horizons. Each day you will prepare and enjoy your own creations. Campers must arrive with their hair tied back and wearing closed toe shoes.

Page to Stage Theatre Camp Gr 5 – 8: $265

This camp offers a fantastic opportunity for students to discover their theatrical selves as they explore and learn scene work, improvisation, character development and storytelling. This energetic week of acting exercises, writing and rehearsing culminates in a performance presented on the last day of camp to an invited audience of family and friends. Students will develop trust within a group and strengthen a positive perception of their own original thoughts and ideas (plus they will have a blast!). Instructor: John Muggleton

If your child takes medication, has a medical condition or has a life threatening allergy and requires an EPIPEN. Please fill out the linked documents and bring them to your first day of camp.
